see all reviewsThe class was good overall. You get taught the basic steps at the beginning of the class (though I think this part goes too fast for beginners). Then you get paired up with a lead but there were more women then men so it was awkward when you had to dance by yourself. You go around the circle and switch partners for the remaining 30 minutes. The instructor teaches you about 3 additional moves to add to the basic moves you learned at the beginning of the class. The parking was easy to find and so was the location. What I didn’t like was that the class was too big.

The teachers are kind, knowledgeable and they make you feel like home. The students were also very nice. I really enjoyed this experience and learned a lot in just once class. see all reviewsI had a wonderful first class here! She places so much emphasis on form which I loved because you know you’re getting the best out of your workout and yourself and not risking injury. Somewhat humbling because we get so used to the workouts we are used to already that sometimes going out of our comfort zone reminds us where there’s even more room for improvement. She provides amazing corrections and explains how the movements are in conjunction with ballet physiology. I explained that I had trouble spotting on my turns and she took the extra effort to personally help me twist so I could get familiar with the sensation. She’s an amazing teacher and I will certainly return 😙
