We jump roped, we shadow boxed, we kick boxed… we moved and grooved as Tim had all the classic hip hop bops setting the vibes!! It was actually quite fitting. I felt like I had a private trainer and a whole boxing camp… okay maybe not all that but you get the jist! I left everything in the proverbial ring!! Thanks Tim!! You have a great gym!!
