Cian had so much energy and took the time to correct form and boost morale when needed. Super supportive and fun-energy class that I’d definitely do again ! Couldn’t recommend more !!

I ended up doing 8:30pm instead of 7:30pm (thank you to the front desk staff, really appreciate your help!) and the class was amazing with the added advantage of a small group. I have done classes with Caleb in the past and he is always a fantastic instructor, motivates you to do your best, explains exercises clearly, corrects form and creates a great atmosphere.

see all reviewsThis was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

It was a little chaotic because the class before got out late and the teacher was scrambling to prepare the room and we started late. It’s fine for me but stressful for the instructor. He’s thorough, pushes/motivates you and plans out well thought out classes. I am always sore the next day and I’ve been lifting heavier and heavier.
