    Vinyasa

    Very welcoming class and Val has a very calming voice. I’ve been doing yoga for a while and I thought the class was great for those who know the names of the positions. I can see the class being hard for newbies but you can always check out a neighbor if you’re confused. I would recommend this class for those who want to try a “hot yoga” class that isn’t too hot. It was warm enough to encourage sweating but definitely not the level of heat I’m used to at other studios. Would definitely go here again!

    EDGE YOGA || SCULPT

    Hot yoga at its best with weights. I saw reviews that Francesca didn’t have good transitions from the slower moves to the more strenuous ones. I thought she did great and it was a very good class!

    This class was much slower than I anticipated and it was geared towards an older crowd. Teacher was absolutely lovely and knowledgeable. I wish she would have offered some more advanced options

    Nice stress relief! Melissa is really wonderful at helping to ease the class from the outside world to the mat and back. All with a down-to-earth and authentic approach to the asana and message. <3

    Qoya for Women

    I’ve never done Qoya and didn’t know what to expect. This is more of a spiritual practice than exercise, so know that going in. That said, the women were lovely and I left feeling lighter and inspired.
