    I really enjoyed the class- lots of cardio and core work with light weights and a band. There were some fun ballet moves throughout and all beginner friendly. The only tough part was the only fan in the room was off the whole time so it got hot. Overall, a great class!

    This was my first time coming here. I was nervous but the class was great! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The instructor, Ana, was kind and offered modifications to the exercises. I got a really great workout in! 100% recommend and can’t wait to come back!!
