Some reviews have likened it to barre, but I think it's more like circuit training using body weight, bands, sliders etc. It focused on core and butt/legs, which I loved. You don't need sneakers, just grip socks. Francesca was a power house!!

Held in a large warehouse-type space, these classes are a great mix of HIIT and strength training and everyone is supportive of each other and goes at their own pace. Highly recommend!

Steve was great, he explained every move and corrected form, and provided modifications for certain exercises. The gym is perfect because it’s small group which I love and I really enjoy. I appreciated the time he took to really go over each movement and the progression from PVC pipe to barbell to an actual workout. While the workout portion was short it emphasized the movement we had been learning and was very helpful for putting cues in practice. The gym is also super well kept.
