    This was my first class and Diana made me feel super comfortable, and overall, everyone made me feel welcome, from the moment i walked into the facility and even when I got to the studio. The crew goes out of their way to help and accommodate you as much as possible. Diana is full of energy and has a great selection of music to ride to! Class went by so quick, and I left sweaty and feeling very accomplished! I will continue to attend her classes and perhaps try other ones too!

    Jeanne’s Thursday, late morning basics class was fantastic! It’s not basics in the sense of it being super easy, it just really gets into the foundations and the details of the poses which I love.
