    Caroline has improved giving cues and instruction, it was really nice to see that after my first class here a few months ago. Would recommend some diversity of exercises and music though if possible for the cardio and ab/arm portions. I know the leg series is always the same for all classes on purpose.

    Amazing class, the instructor will challenge you while making sure you keep proper form. He starts the class with a 12-15 min warm up that incorporates dynamic stretches, then you work on a strength excerzise, which varies every class (squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc.) and then you work on a speed challenge, which also varies per class, and can include battle ropes, ball slams, sand bags, prowler, box jumps... There is a clock which counts down the hour and before you know it, the clock buzzer goes off and you end class feeling accomplished. I can't wait to go back next week. Highly recommend this type of training!
