    Excellent and fun small class! LaRoy is an awesome trainer and his gym is perfectly intimate but effective. You'll most certainly feel the burn from his bootcamp class! Highly recommend it! I'll be back again soon!

    Amazing class, the instructor will challenge you while making sure you keep proper form. He starts the class with a 12-15 min warm up that incorporates dynamic stretches, then you work on a strength excerzise, which varies every class (squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc.) and then you work on a speed challenge, which also varies per class, and can include battle ropes, ball slams, sand bags, prowler, box jumps... There is a clock which counts down the hour and before you know it, the clock buzzer goes off and you end class feeling accomplished. I can't wait to go back next week. Highly recommend this type of training!
