She walks you through how to get there and encourages to try something new, but listen to your body. I feel so lucky to be able to go to her classes. Shes incredible.

The space is not only big, it's wide, so it's easy to space out, find a spot somewhere to workout where you're not seen or in someone else's space the entire time, and just feel secluded. In a good way. The lights are dim and calming, in my opinion. I prefer this gym over Union St. or Chestnut, which are smaller and everyone can watch you workout. I'm usually in and out of those locations, while this one makes you feel comfortable to stay a while.
