    I’ve been on ClassPass for almost 10 years & moveSF has been one of my favorite spots. There’s flexibility to adjust to any fitness level so it’s always a challenge, but most importantly Matt and all of the instructors actually walk around and correct you which is SO RARE in a group fitness class. I’m still working out here at 36 weeks pregnant because of the modifications that they provide for me!

    Abigail is the sweetest teacher and her classes are very grounding! Her voice and demeanor is very relaxing while her transitions and poses are spot on. She seems very observant with everyone in the room and seems to gear the poses based on what she sees in the class vs a super rigid flow.
