    Great class as always! It might be better for the instructors to go through all the floor exercises at once in the beginning of the circuit, or even write them on a board in the room. There are times you're waiting to hear what to do next because the instructor is focused on the rowers/runners.

    New to the class but not to SWEAT. The instructor did a great job of making sure I was doing the exercises correctly and using proper form. I happen to love leg day so this was a great workout for me! Looking forward to coming back.

    For the life of me I cant figure out the logic or reasoning for not turning fans on at Barrys. I get you want people to sweat and amp up the perception of a good workout but this is not safe. Great class - fans werent turned on once.

    Love how exhausting these workouts are! Live DJ was good, but I wished both the DJ and the instructor were louder... might have been a speaker issues? The instructor had good energy and I liked the variety of abs & arms exercises.

    Mat Pilates

    The class was really small so we ended up using the reformers. Molly was very patient and understanding when it came to my injuries which made me feel more comfortable and confident in the workout. I found some points slightly easy at times as I usually use more resistance but whatever she did left me sore the entire next day. Will definitely be going back.

    Great workout. Low impact but definitely makes you sweat and I will be super sore tomorrow. Make sure to come early to sign the waiver and learn the right form on the machine.

    SCULPT Full Body

    Great new studio. Not as hard as Lagree but still a good workout with modifications to make it easier or more challenging. At only 40 minutes, I didn’t want class to end(!), but it’s a great option when pressed for time. Will be back!

    Everyone seemed nice but I didn’t go through the actual class. There’s a trainer there I have an active small claims court case with, over $1,500 from personal training services never provided. I couldn’t risk seeing him there. I did not recognize the location when I first came, but once I looked around I realized it’s where he trains.
