see all reviews10/10!!!! Fred was welcoming and so easy to follow , so thorough in explaining/ showing each move but didn’t slow the class down one bit. Made me forget it was 5:30 in the morning lol. Full body workout , full body sweat. Can’t wait for next class !

see all reviewsThe instructor and entire class were very welcoming .I was greeted by everyone in this establishment so genuinely and warmly . I would recommend this class to beginners and professionals! Ha. All levels welcomed . I would consider myself a beginner in yoga but have taken many Pilates classes, if that says anything. Everything was thoroughly explained in a way that was easy to understand. But the class still moved fast enough as to not slow the group as a whole . I am very very impressed and relieved about my experience. And the prices are very fair. Highly HIGHLY recommend !!!!

see all reviewsI’m beginning to love Pilates! I went to an intro class and then this 50 minute 1.5 cardio class. It’s typically not for beginners, but the instructor took her time to check in and offer modifications. I love how it feels like your not working out but then feel the burn for the next few days. Having your core supported takes tension off your spine allowing you to focus on the particular targeted muscles.
