    IN STUDIO: Sweat + P30 Booty - MASK REQUIRED

    I was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

    Corepower is consistently good but Ava might have been one of my favorite instructors to date! She offered really useful suggestions and modifications through class and managed to strike the perfect balance between a relaxing and calming class that still made me generate a decent sweat.

    Annas detailed and thoughtful curing elevated this class. The sequence was pretty basic and not particularly physically challenging, but she is very good at drawing out the subtle things to focus on throughout practice. I really enjoy her teaching. If you are expecting a sweaty, workout kind of class, Id recommend perhaps one of Corepowers sculpt classes. But Anna is great for a more thoughtful practice
