I believe the room was shared with the red light therapy (I saw it on when I walked in) and you could hear it when people walked in and out. But let me tell you, Celeste rocked my world. Her deep tissue pressure was hard but so necessary for someone like me whose anxiety and stress just gets stored in their body. You gotta literally breathe through the intensity at times (and she tells you as such) but it is worth it on the other side. And I didn’t tell her too much but she is super great at knowing where to work based on your body. I’ll definitely be back.
