The amount of great vibes and generosity that was felt throughout this class was empowering. The instructor when out of her way to teach I and another newbie the exercises throughout the entire session while still allowing herself to motivate the usual girls. Her energy was amazing and made me laugh the entire time. It was such a fun workout and I will definitely be coming back for more. 10000/10 💓💞
