Coach Bobby, Maddie, and Ben have tremendously helped with my form, ensuring I don’t injure myself, todays workout was thus far the most challenging, with a great mix of hitting your peak VO2 max and progressive overload, both equally important for muscle growth and overall longevity. I think it’s all worth it to actually obtain the membership if you plan on going 3x or more per week. As I get holder, I don’t recover as fast, so 1-2x per week is reasonable for me to maintain my stamina. Highly recommended
