see all reviewsEric taught one of the best Y7 and hot yoga classes I’ve ever taken. He had a great flow, great music and I sweat my body weight off, which is what I like when I go there . Sometimes the instructors don’t turn the heat up or have a challenging class. The way he explained the poses and taught the class showed how knowledgeable in yoga / group exercise, and how much he loved teaching. That class. I will definitely be back to take his class!

see all reviewsGreat class. Nice music (minus a little too hype music for me at the beginning of class). Teacher doesn’t stop speaking when ambulances or other sirens go by which was frustrating because we couldn’t hear her at all during that part but otherwise great. Full class - tight spaces. Please stay on your own mat and don’t put your feet on your neighbors mats.

see all reviewsVisited NYC for a conference, and this studio was conveniently located. it offered a multitude of services. The yoga space had a sun roof, and the class was intimate. Kasha was patient, friendly, and respectful. She offered yes/no cards for posture/pose adjustments. The mats were complimentary and great for assessing alignment and position thru the class. Would happily come back here again when I'm back in NYC.

see all reviewsLoved the class! Ellen was an informative and enthusiastic instructor! I usually don’t like group fitness classes because they go too fast but Ellen’s pace was comfortable. Make no mistake! It was still a great workout, even the low impact cardio in the beginning had me sweating! Would definitely take a class taught by her again! Thanks Ellen for a lovely class! ☺️

She made me feel very comfortable and was extremely patient with me while providing constructive feedback. She took time to work on little details that can help improve my practice in the future. She’s encouraging and very helpful. I definitely recommend! 😊
