Sheryll made the class easy to follow by showing the moves as we transitioned from one position to the next. She had a good playlist and was very upbeat! It was my first time at this studio, but I've done pilates before so a lot of the movements and equipment were familiar.

The best class! I have always had breathing problems after the covid. My nose and lungs seem not function well. But magically the dance workout in the heated room fixed my breathing problems. It’s a bit tough during the workout but after the workout I can breathe so freely outside. So amazing!

Idk what just happened, but it was amazing. I never thought I'd get such an intense workout using a sliding massage table. If you've never been here before, I recommend checking out the exercises ahead of time to get the most of out your workout. Sara was attentive and provided excellent instructions and clear guidance. Abs and glutes are still suffering. 10/10

    Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

If you’ve never taken a solidcore class, this is definitely one to start with. The room is oddly laid out but the instructor did a great job of going around and checking on the everyone. I’ve only just started solidcore but I’ve taken (way too) megaformer classes elsewhere & it was only here where I felt like I understood what to do with my body for some of the movements. Even if you’ve done many solidcore classes before, Angela’s starter50 is a must because she is so attentive. Class felt very welcoming, which doesn’t always happen. Grand Central is a bit out of my way but she has a true gift for teaching, so I cannot wait to take some other classes with her! Also, best playlist I’ve heard in a workout class!

Olivia had clear and easy to follow instructions throughout class which makes a reformer a much more approachable piece of equipment! Difficulty level felt right to me as someone who is still new to reformer-style classes, modifications made sense and were easy to adapt to if needed.

    Sculpt Reformer

Brooke's classes are some of my favorite Pilates classes I've taken anywhere. I wouldn't suggest them if you are new to the reformer, even if you're in very good shape, because they are technically challenging and require some knowledge of how to safely stand or use the machine. BUT if you are comfortable with the reformer, her classes are, in words of Mr. Pookie,*fire*.

    IN-STUDIO Mat Pilates Class

Great class! It was challenging but not overwhelmingly so, especially for someone like me who has a bit of pilates experience but hasn't worked out in a while. The instructor was kind too and the other students were welcoming and supportive. I already feel sore lol! Also - they provide mats and blocks so you don't need to bring your own. I'd definitely go back!

Visited NYC for a conference, and this studio was conveniently located. it offered a multitude of services. The yoga space had a sun roof, and the class was intimate. Kasha was patient, friendly, and respectful. She offered yes/no cards for posture/pose adjustments. The mats were complimentary and great for assessing alignment and position thru the class. Would happily come back here again when I'm back in NYC.
