Amazing class! Was my first time at Rumble and Bradford is a great instructor. If you’ve never kickboxed before, this is a great way to get introduced to the punches and get accustomed to sequences. It’s also dark and you don’t feel like anyone is watching you so if you mess up it doesn’t matter.

James’ class is always awesome, really gets my mind connected with my body through movement, and reliably improves my day and dissolves stress. He has a great way of encouraging us to go further without that pushy energy that some fitness classes have.

    HITS NYC Boxing

My favorite class at this studio. Hitting the bag is fun period. Also really like the 6 min format on the cardio machines where there’s an easy metric to see yourself improve class after class

    Strength Series: Upper Body

One of the best classes I've been to. Motivational instructor, excellent atmosphere, and customized movements for those who experience difficulties. Truly felt like I worked out my upper body without having to lift super heavy.

Solid class. Good for beginners. Mix of technique, partner work, bag work, a few cardio intervals and an abs finisher. The only thing church street needs at all of their locations is a better ventilation system…the scent of handwork is strong. 😊😊

Sarah’s class was the perfect pace for me. The music was fun and it was easy to keep with the pace. I got winded a couple of times, but then again I have been inactive quite a bit lately. I seriously hope to join another of Sarah’s Zumba classes.

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu NOGI

Amazing experience. Teachers were great and you must meet mama savage. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Jiu jitsu was tough as a beginner but everyone was very welcoming. Also watched some of the boxing class and I definitely want to go back for a whole class.

    MUSCLE - Full Body

Loved the class, the instructor was really good at explaining each work out & you’re able to go at your own pace. I think my class was a bit more full but there was enough space for everyone! Loved the song playlist too. Will definitely recommend!
