    Great music and energy. I really enjoyed the choreo, but the cues could’ve been a tad more clear. Also wish that Antony introduced himself at the beginning of the ride and explained how the bike works. Overall, really enjoyed the class and am excited to take more of Antony’s classes!

    As a beginner, I felt like the instructor was very accommodating. Changed up the routine to best fit me. Definitely had a great work out and learned some new things. Only negative feedback is the non air conditioned room. That was tough but overall well worth the hour.
