    Brand new location which is relatively easy to find. It’s in the same building as Cedric grolet, and it’s clean, plus the reformers are brand new so it’s nice to use. The instructor was good but about firm, not complaining as she emphasizes a lot of where we should be feeling our muscles to work etc

    Stretch & Sound Bath Relaxation

    Love that the class comprised of active stretches ending with a relaxing 15 mins savasana accompanied by singing bowls. Momentum was just nice, and instructor Chih Peng took care of everyone.
