    Even though they do explain how things work, it takes a while to get used to (for newcomers). Esp when you’re exhausted but gotta listen for instructions. It truly is a total body class as promised. Be prepared to die (and look ugly) in front of a hot instructor.

    GPT 4.1 | Group Personal Training

    Not a very intense class where you sweat a lot. Instructor focuses a lot on form, and ensuring that we do not injure ourselves and use the wrong muscles. Very attentive and made sure to correct us and adjust accordingly. Not sure how to describe the class, like doing press ups, TRX planks (?), triceps dips but all controlled movements. Interesting class and will return!
