Shannon is so great and this was such a cool workout. She packs a lot into 30 minutes on the bike, gives you a quick cool down then takes you over to the Bodhi (which is kind of like TRX but with 4 straps instead of 2) where you get some serious focus on upper body and core. Final stretching is done on the reformer. Love this full body class and Shannon is extremely motivating. She wants you to have fun, push yourself and come back. Ill definitely be back for this one. Dont be intimidated if youre new- we had all levels in this class and everybody had a great time pushing themselves just a little harder than they thought they could.

They studio is beautiful, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Good workout. But they fall into a trend I’ve seen at other studios: there is zero warmup. I don’t get it (that can be so dangerous!). Also, they are almost too accommodating . . . there was a woman in the class who did her own exercises for nearly every station. It’s distracting and detracts from the collective vibe of the class - I would suggest they don’t allow that.

I love this studio so much!!! I only come here when I visit my parents because I live in NYC. I love that they only do choreo during the chorus of a song because it’s easier to be on beat at that time and they use the verse to explain the choreo. I also love that some parts in the beginning are completely black so you can just focus on riding. Seriously this is the best studio I’ve ever been to and look forward to going when I visit home

    Y6 Vinyasa75 Studio 2

Really good class. Not heated but you will sweat !! I would have liked a little more posture cues even though I’ve done a lot of yoga. Definitely not for beginners. Also beware of the The Rock Church traffic on Sundays right at 12. Kinda ruins the zen feeling after. Hang out for a while after to avoid. Such a beautiful, clean studio. I love taking classes here (even with the traffic!)

Lacie’s class is always a BLAST! No complaints about her class, but riders... I wish they would follow the “no cellphones in the saddle room” rule. It’s on the doors and announced before class. Your phone lighting up 4 times is a distraction when the room is dark. We see you!
