    Morgan is welcoming, lively and a great instructor! She takes the time you need to show you the moves. BEFORE we do them, offers hands on adjustments to make sure you get the full benefit from the move. The space is very clean, welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely go back!

    Jordan was awesome! She did a great job not only walking us through all the different movements, but also coming around and giving us individualized help on how to improve our form. This class was definitely intense for my first time doing Pilates in a few years, but I was really proud of myself for getting through it. I would highly recommend Solidcore and the beginners class for anyone interested in getting into these workouts!

    Ellie was an awesome instructor and really pushed us to commit to a rewarding workout. This was my second time attending a cycling class and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful in getting me set up with shoes and the bike. The ambience is great and I felt really comfortable right away with the Tribe team. I will definitely be back!

    Fantastic class! Lauren was awesome - so welcoming, upbeat & brought the moves. Hurts to breathe today, but a good hurt. This studio and the ladies gear continue to blow my mind with their welcome warm and the way they truly appreciate their members. They make you feel like family, you want to come back. And the space is gorgeous from the front door to the ladies dressing room, boudoir if you will, with all the lovely lotions & potions (which they sell too!) to have you leaving there beautiful on the outside & in! Always excited for my next class.
