    Really great guided foundational with a little bit of experimental exploration class. Did some poses I’ve never experienced before that pushed my balance that were very exciting. Good vibes and great for getting back into the practice with a mix of familiar and variation.

    I have been taking classes here for about 2 months now and have really enjoyed the experience. The workouts are well thought out and challenging. The instructors and members are friendly, encouraging, and do a great job explaining each exercise and providing constructive feedback on form. I have had a few classes with Taylor now, and she does an excellent job leading the sessions. Highly recommend trying out these sessions.

    I enjoyed this class. it was very easy and perfect for beginners. It’s super small so you get all the help you need. The instructor can be pretty forward and will touch you as needed but it can be pretty jarring if you’re not comfortable with so much touch (on the legs, knees, back).

    Loved this class! It challenged me in the best way possible (and reminded me of areas that I needed to improve on). Angela was awesome - she focused on technique and was there every step of the way, especially to push me towards the last bit of the workout.
