Joyce had a very calming yet present energy which was refreshing. the practice is also felt deeper and more meaningful than some of the other places. would imagine this is a studio thay would be suitable for Intermediate and above yogis but beginners would prob benefit from a solid foundation here too. flow was simple but challenging, and Joyce provided many diff variations to suit our different levels of practice. loved Joyce!

see all reviewsAmazing instructor (Joanne) as so calm, patient and positive. There was a pleasant gentle flow to start in order to loosen up and warm up. The poses were challenging and many held for quite a few minutes but there was never a pressure to force or maintain a position. Joanne showed modified and alternate versions plus invited us to move into any pose at any point, such as child’s pose or table top, when we needed. Will definitely rebook!
