All the music, torque, and RPMs were synced, so effort coincided with pace. It was really great! Hard but doable. He was also really good about giving us a time period of work left so you knew you could keep pushing. Great class!

Great workout, challenging but effective. Brandon is a great instructor, although it is a large room, Brandon visited with everybody and made sure everyone is doing well. My advice to someone taking that class to grab a bag close to instructor/monitor, so you can stay engaged and look at the monitor to make sure you are doing the right combination.

Class with Annette was great. She had really helpful cues, walked around to make sure we were doing things correctly, and suggested modifications when she noticed some of us were struggling with one of the combos. I also liked using the resistance bands at the end around our ankles. It was new for me and really challenging!

Mary was clear in her instructions and gave gentle hands-on adjustments, which I always appreciate. Could've even used more! It wasn't a typical flow but I liked the deviation from the usual. It wasn't as rigorous as I was expecting, but it was a nice combination of flow and relaxation.

Love the workouts here, and Tessa is one of my favorite instructors. She's really upbeat and motivating and is great about correcting form. I just wish the studio would maintain the treadmills better. I always seem to be on one that's not level and tipping to the side or that rocks back and forth way more than it should while I'm running.

This class was intense, but it went by quickly due to the focus that’s necessary throughout each of the components. The sequence started with abs, then legs, obliques, and arms. As someone who likes cardio, I found the emphasis on core strength and slow movement difficult and machine challenging, but Bri was helpful, and the class was ultimately rewarding.

Clean, sleek studio with lots of great amenities and friendly staff. Sheila was encouraging and had a varied, fun playlist. Good variety of climbs, sprints, and work in and out of the saddle. One minor complaint is that its hard to tell where your RPMs should be since theres not really a gauge like at Flywheel. But otherwise really good. This is an awesome addition to Grad Hospital!

Justin is possibly the best yoga teacher ever. he goes out of his way to take care of his students, always helping but never shaming. the studio itself takes great care of the students, providing mats and lavender infused cool down towels for free and bath towels at a nominal rate. wonderful studio and great Bikram practice. Matt has a great teaching style that describes the postures very technically so you can make adjustments. He also took requests for areas to work on, which is appreciated. I enjoyed his class. That said, this studio needs to get it together. This is the second time I've arrived for a morning class and everyone, including employees, were locked out because no one had keys. We had to wait in the random business lobby, which doesn't start off the morning off in a very zen mood.

    45 Minute Barr/Yoga

I didn't know what to expect because this is a very traditional yoga studio. But the class was good! Barre work with lots of abs and we didn't even use weights for arms but they still got a great workout. The class itself was barre based but the stretching sections were from yoga so it is the best of both worlds. It's only 45 minutes in the middle of the day, great when you have limited exercise time. I will definitely take this class again.
