I enjoyed his class. That said, this studio needs to get it together. This is the second time I've arrived for a morning class and everyone, including employees, were locked out because no one had keys. We had to wait in the random business lobby, which doesn't start off the morning off in a very zen mood.

Barre work with lots of abs and we didn't even use weights for arms but they still got a great workout. The class itself was barre based but the stretching sections were from yoga so it is the best of both worlds. It's only 45 minutes in the middle of the day, great when you have limited exercise time. I will definitely take this class again.
