    This class was intense, but it went by quickly due to the focus that’s necessary throughout each of the components. The sequence started with abs, then legs, obliques, and arms. As someone who likes cardio, I found the emphasis on core strength and slow movement difficult and machine challenging, but Bri was helpful, and the class was ultimately rewarding.

    The instructor was great. The class was definitely beginner level (which was perfect for me). Some basic understanding of Pilates would help but the instructor will explain the positions in class which helped. Looking forward to doing this one again!

    This class always starts my weekend off on the right foot (ha! see what I did there?)! Liked this instructor's routines and found them easy to follow. Also appreciated that she had a set playlist so there were no long breaks between songs.
