I think she has the best music selection for class which is great.     Such a fun fun dance class!!! Miss Anushka always picks fun, upbeat & catchy songs to dance to and has challenging but varied choreography!! Even if a choreo bit is really fast, we go over it lots of times and she always answers any questions. I don’t usually speak up but I always like when other people do 🤭 My muscles were definitely as sore as a weights class the next day, but I was having so much fun that I didn’t notice I was sweating so much 😂

    POWER PLATE® STRENGTH

    I came into this workout a bit sceptical. But after trying it out, it’s pretty awesome. I actually went home and looked up the research behind power-plate, the fat loss claim is inconclusive, however the strength and stretching evidence is very clear. Overall amazing alternative exercise for those looking to try something new. Fraser was an amazing trainer, has lots of experience and great taste in music. The owner was helpful and very kind. I genuinely hope that this studio flourishes. Highly recommend, I will be back.
