Pure Strength™ 30
see all reviewsAdore this class. Great playlist, no nonsense strength training that doesn’t feel boring. I think a disclaimer for newbies to start with pretty light weights might be helpful - I’m comfortable enough to do that on my own but if I’d grabbed the weights suggested I would’ve had a bad time.

see all reviewsAmazing class! Gave my body a good stretch. Holly is so awesome and such an open person and gets you to loosen up. If you join this class you do need to be ok with physical touch. Holly comes around and may fix your position sometimes or give you a gentle rub. I swear her aura is so strong cause every time she would touch me I would get tingles and feel so relaxed hahaha. She was a masseuse in the past so that helps too. Cold Eucalyptus towels are provided near the end of class as well which are so refreshing!

see all reviewsJenny not only creates the most thoughtful and perfectly timed playlists for our class but she also makes every single person feel seen and supported through each movement and position we enter and exit out of. If you’ve never done yoga before then this is a perfect start because she ensures that you not only understand the movement, but provides multiple modifications.

see all reviewsNice class! I did some new moves I hadn’t done in yoga before so that was cool to experience something different! Robert was great but he talks really fast so it was hard for me to understand what he was saying sometimes 😂 the flooring at the studio is wood as well and doesn’t have any extra padding so it was harder on my wrists. I wasn’t able to do some moves I usually can do because I couldn’t hold myself up on my wrists. It also said on here that they don’t provide mats, blocks, or straps but I did see some there that looked like they were able to be used, so maybe if you just ask they’ll let you borrow! The parking is either on the street or a garage so it’s good to show up a bit early in case you don’t get a street spot and have to walk from the garage. Overall was a good workout, but I think I prefer Samatone yoga nearby. It’s a better experience and cheaper on classpass.
