    Lily was SO sweet, I barely got to class less than 5 minutes early and she walked me through the equipment before class started and gently corrected me if I didn’t understand the exercise she was very thorough and a great instructor and the workout was KILLER in the best way muscles I didn’t know I had were getting worked and I felt every movement it was hands down the best workout I’ve ever gotten and you feel the workout without just feeling tired.

    Adore this class. Great playlist, no nonsense strength training that doesn’t feel boring. I think a disclaimer for newbies to start with pretty light weights might be helpful - I’m comfortable enough to do that on my own but if I’d grabbed the weights suggested I would’ve had a bad time.

    One of the nicest instructors I’ve ever had! I just came here for my first workout since a back injury and I felt so at home even if I couldn’t keep up 100%. It was great for beginners and intermediate levels. The instructor gave amazing feedback to every single person. I wish all instructors cared as much as she does! Really was an amazing experience and a beautiful studio.
