see all reviewsI had no idea what to expect because I’ve never seen/heard of anything like this before but it was so fun!! The instructor was encouraging and gave clear instructions. She even used my name even though it was my first time there. The music was fun (lots of Kesha and Brittney) and the exercises were challenging but not too challenging. I loved it and definitely will be back!
