see all reviewsHannah is awesome as always. But elevate, PLEASE do something about your regulars talking very loudly during instruction. It’s only the hardcore regulars or coaches attending other classes that talk loudly during demo time. The sound really echoes.

see all reviewsIt was a very good, challenging class. My only complaint is that the instructor could definitely be a little more encouraging. There were a lot of instructions but not a ton of positivity haha. And with how difficult the class is, definitely could’ve used some love. Great workout overall though.

see all reviewsMINT is such a fantastic, family-owned gym that has really gone above and beyond during the pandemic, especially, remaining closed and at limited capacity longer than required, and they have a dedicated four hours per day of gym time reserved for vaccinated people only. You have a choice to not wear a mask, but only if you upload your vaccination card. This definitely is a huge plus for me, because I feel a lot safer, knowing that anyone working out without their mask has been vaccinated and verified. I strongly encourage people to support this great place that has done so much for our community.

see all reviewsGreat class! They were right outside the Rec Center doors but the stairs from the soccer field. It was just the right speed for me since I’m just getting back into the swing of things. Kelly has a mic and there’s a speaker so you can hear her verbal cues. You might want to bring some bug spray if bugs love you.

The workout is always worth it and the playlist is always 10/10. If you’re missing in-person group classes, fit360’s outdoor workouts are a great option!

see all reviewsAs a first-timer, this was a really great boxing class. Definitely good for all levels because it focuses on technique, and I could tell there were more advanced people in the class that were getting as much out of it as I was. Will was friendly and made me feel comfortable as a newbie. I prefer this to other "boxing" classes that are more for fitness rather than actually learning the technique. Still a great workout but also worked my mental fitness!

see all reviewsGreat intermediate flow. I didn’t realize Corepower is heated, but it was comfortably warm, not oppressively hot. I definitely sweat more than during a typical yoga class. Charles was approachable and encouraging. There were a couple times where it was hard to hear him over the music, but I’ll definitely return! #ClassPassInsider

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this workout! I appreciated the studio offering a class for beginners that focused more on technique (still built up a sweat though)! Very kind and attentive staff. A few constructive comments: 1) offering parking suggestions or validation 2) offering somewhere to store belongings. Disclaimer: while this is good for all levels of experiences with rowing machines, I think its helpful to have an advanced beginner or intermediate level of fitness. The workout may be tough for someone that isnt working out regularly.

see all reviewsGreg is awesome. His class is a terrific and challenging workout. Notes: this is a technical boxing and conditioning class - not a fitness class where you just throw random punches, there is instruction. Also this is a bare bones boxing gym - not a DC fitness studio.
