Front desk person was lovely and helped me get a locker, then there was someone inside the room who helped orient and clip in to the bike. As a total first-timer, I enjoyed it and would recommend to other first-timers. The bike is yours to customize resistance, and everyone is so busy grinding on their bike that no one could possible be looking at or judging you. Great heads-down workout.

Eric was great about helping me get my hands wrapped, and the class was well structured with both group activities and 1-1 practice with him. There's some conditioning involved, too, although whether that's a pro or con is up to you -- on one hand, a multi-faceted workout, but on the other, less time boxing. Overall though, I really enjoyed the class and how Eric tailored things to the participants' experiences and skill levels

see all reviewsThis class is super intense. Would not recommend for beginners if you're not used to doing high intensity cardio exercises back to back with minimal breaks. I was able to modify as needed and take breaks. Gabby was very encouraging and supportive. She took time to check in, cheer me on, and correct my form throughout the session. The vibe is very friendly and welcoming. We did warmup stretches and cooldown stretches which I really liked. Overall, it was a good experience and I would probably go back again to check out more cardio + their other offerings.
