Loved it! Didnt leave feeling like I got a super intense workout because they have someone help the beginners learn the basic moves (AMAZING RIGHT) but I noticed what the regulars were going and they all seemed to be drenched in sweat and dying. Once I learn the basic moves and rhythm, I think itll be both a great workout and a great way to build a skill. I was floored by how attentive and sweet they were, I felt so welcome. There was one lady who was kind of grumpy and yelled at me for stepping on some kind of mat with my shoes (ha ha), so it may have been helpful for them to tell me that I couldnt walk on it with my shoes because I was there 30 minutes early. Loved it!!

Great class! Normally my issue with most HIIT classes these days is that it is too self directed, too easy, or the music is bad/and or too quiet. Chris definitely will challenge you and keep you motivated- so I will definitely be back!
