    The Undisputed Workout

Great workout! Burned so many calories too. I really liked the combo that we did. It was the perfect amount of strength training and boxing. And it was nice that Brian walked around to help with technique.

Killer workout. Very challenging but surprisingly the class was almost all women who were well over age 40! It was easy to modify but not for beginners, they didnt really demo the moves or give much feedback regarding form.

    Signature

First time and the teacher was attentive during class coming around to check form. It’s interesting because you go the same stroke per minute as everyone but you can make the split faster or slower. The form was hard for me to grasp especially the return to the starting position. This was also my first time working out with a mask and it wasn’t as bad as I thought. I did sweat a lot and my lips did chafe. Good amenities.

Warrior Boot Camp 4:30pm - High Intensity

This was an awesome class and it was a very nice, clean facility with a lot of neat fitness toys to play with. I came on a good day for my first class it was very interesting because Mike used a deck of cards and depending on what card we picked, we did the assigned exercise and it was very intense and it was a great workout.
