I’ve been to other locations and a big pro of this location is the easy parking (garage nearby) and plethora of stores nearby if you want to kill two birds w one stone. However, I felt the people at the front desk were not very friendly or welcoming. They didn’t bother explaining where the lockers/changing rooms were, even after I let them know I was new to the location.

    What an AMAZING instructor!! I have a knee injury and she kept coming over and checking on me and offering modifications. She was so attentive and kind...the first time an instructor has shown that she really cares!! I loved it. The best part was that she went around and checked in with other ladies too and it adds such a nice personal touch and adds a little boost to your workout. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to all my friends!

    Loved the music and variety of exercises! This class was slightly more challenging than other Barre3 classes I have taken, which I loved! It wasn't just regular squats squats and more squats. I wish there were a few more modifications or help since I wasn't sure if I was doing 1 or 2 things correctly, and I would have liked a bit more explanation as to what the arm exercises were for, like which part of the arms since some of them were combinations. Otherwise amazing class!

    Best spin class I've been to in a long time! This instructor is amazing. The music was great. It was an actual tough workout, not the usual over the top dancing stuff that they usually do.     This is my 2nd time taking a C1 class. And I will say this has probably been one of the most easiest yoga classes I’ve ever taken. They stop the class and have you sit so you can watch them explain how to do the chaturanga dandasana to downward dog.     It's a different type of class. Instructor was great. You do minute intervals on your mat, mostly core. It's the type of class for a wide variety of people and fitness levels. If you're a fitness freak, you may think this class is easy, but it's still challenging. He turns off the music to explain the exercise quickly and then turns on the music, and you do an exercise for a minute. Then same thing. Music off, new exercise explanation, 1 min exercise, etc etc

    Full body workout with a good mix of core, leg, and arm exercises. We did lots of mat exercises to warm up. The bands added resistance exercises and were easy to adjust for difficulty. Short bursts of cardio were mixed in with jumping jacks, burpees, etc. The instructor seemed really knowledgeable and paid close attention to form.

Didnt leave feeling like I got a super intense workout because they have someone help the beginners learn the basic moves (AMAZING RIGHT) but I noticed what the regulars were going and they all seemed to be drenched in sweat and dying. Once I learn the basic moves and rhythm, I think itll be both a great workout and a great way to build a skill. I was floored by how attentive and sweet they were, I felt so welcome. There was one lady who was kind of grumpy and yelled at me for stepping on some kind of mat with my shoes (ha ha), so it may have been helpful for them to tell me that I couldnt walk on it with my shoes because I was there 30 minutes early. Loved it!!

    I’m pretty picky about boxing classes (hate the corporate type) and my only regret is I didn’t try this place sooner! If you are a straight beginner I would probably ask about some more 1-on-1 or slower classes to really get your form down, but for experienced this class is great. I was exhausted halfway through but I love that they incorporate a decent amount of time to stretching at the end. Definitely will be back/looking into a membership option!
