see all reviewsLarge gym with weight machines on the ground floor and cardio machines upstairs. Big separate kids area. Plenty of rooms for classes and racketball. One hydro-massage table (not private). Heated lap pool and jacuzzi. (Regular pool was cold.) Steam and dry saunas. - My only issue was that the other women in the jacuzzi seemed kind of judgemental. I think I'm going to coin the term "yuppity" for this attitude. I didn't notice this attitude at the other Family Fitness gyms I went to. The pools were also not as warm and salty as at the Carmichael gym.

see all reviewsOpen gym was fine, they recognize what classpass is so it was a breeze getting in. It was sort of clean inside with a decent amount of weights and space. Only one specific rope thing attachment that I needed for an arm workout. I guess I just expected this gym to be a lot nicer considering monthly memberships are quite expensive.

see all reviewsSmaller and older than the Citrus Heights gym, but still has all the amenities. I love the heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi. There's both a steamy and a dry sauna. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that Family Fitness is too expensive. There's a sign up fee, a monthly fee, and an annual fee.

see all reviewsOpen Jazz had a warm up and dance that they’ve been working on the last few weeks. I’d rate the class more as intermediate/advanced but it was tons of fun with no pressure to perform super well. Ana had great energy and was helpful throughout! If you need to go over certain parts, you have to be proactive and ask because she often is doing the dance with us so she doesn’t see much of the areas we struggle with. Overall, great experience! I would definitely want to come back again and possibly warm up with the class before (turns).

see all reviewsThis was my first gym visit since giving birth and it was a great experience! Anywhere Fit’s gym had tons of equipment and space for classes even up to 10 people. The strength class I did is great for any getting back into working out like me- it gave options of front or back squat and it was an asynchronous workout so we could go at our own pace. Eric, the trainer, was very friendly and attentive in making sure my form was good and ready to take on more weight. Lastly, the community seemed nice, one person engaged in conversation with me although I was new and the following Crossfit class had everyone do an introduction so everyone felt welcome. Overall, an excellent experience! I hope to come back again soon!

see all reviewsThe trainer was very nice. However, the gym is very bro. It was all males, mostly teenagers and mostly baseball training. I was the only female there except for one female trainer. The trainer was nice enough to train with me but unless you’re a male or an athlete, I wouldn’t really recommend. The gym was nice though. Giving four stars for gym and instructors.
