    I can’t say enough good things about this class! AND THE INSTRUCTOR. She’s legit and the best part is how she instructs. She gives lots of modifiers so that it’s good for all levels. I also love that she gives useful hands on assist and keeps the poses and flows to good and traditional. Sometimes I feel like some yoga instructors get “too creative” where the flows are more about looking cool and less about connecting with your body. As such I super love this instructor and class! Highly recommend .

    The class was so much fun! I truly appreciated the pointers Magda gave me to help my form and be able to gain as much from class! She was so sweet, motivating, and inspiring! Other peers were really kind and encouraging during class! I also enjoyed the stretching at the end of this specific workout since I sometimes skip on stretching or just forget! Will definitely be back!

    Great workout, there’s a lot of instruction upfront which can feel overwhelming if new, but I’m use to the format and there’s always someone there to show you the next exercise. Overall, it’s an extremely supportive, open and helpful community. The classes change everyday, between strength/cardio using free weights and various equipment, no machines. You can check their Instagram for each week’s schedule. Nima is one of my favorite instructors, he brings a great energy and wants to help you get the most out of class. Whether you’re a fitness junky or new to the gym world, guarantee you’ll get a good workout. I’m 22 weeks pregnant and Nima provided modifications that made me feel safe and strong to be able to get a killer workout in. All the instructors are really versed in mods because they understand that everyone is at different levels/abilities which provides a really inclusive environment.

    The class was good for beginners. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to keep up, but she kept things very simple. We warmed up with some slow motion moves that we would be using for the dance portion, which helped a lot. I do wish she would have called out the next move each time. It was awkward finding myself jostled around and a step behind because I didn't know what to expect. I pretty much kept my eyes on her and tried to do whatever she was doing. It was also a little odd that we didn't always stay with the rhythm of the song. But overall, it was a good workout and I look forward to more Zumba. It was fun.
