She’s super down to earth, helpful, and encouraging. Absolutely put me at ease. The class itself is challenging but she offers plenty of modifications. Everyone seemed kind and non-cliquey which is always nice!

She showed me around the gym after check-in and introduced me to the instructor, Melissa. This was my first spin class, so Melissa helped me get clipped into my bike and made sure my seat and handle bars were where they needed to be. She also reviewed all the knobs and the screen.
