Flow & Restore (60 Min), Warm

Loved this class and the instructor. Only thing was that the mats were super close together and I couldn’t see the instructor. Still great, but classes would be so much better if there was a little more space between mats.

    Hard Ass

She ran this class completely differently than other instructors, but it was very thoughtfully constructed with insightful attention paid to other parts of the body that help unlock your glutes full potential. I walked away elevated from the experience.

    Love 60

What a beautiful studio! Pristinely clean, the staff were welcoming, the amenities were excellent. It was my first time at a meditation class. I should have probably picked a short class for my first time because it was in the dark room and I felt myself almost falling asleep a couple times but I loved it! Will def be back.

    Grounded [Pilates] in the Park

This was a kick ass class. Challenging in a very good way. Will come back. This is located in the space above Lululemon. The front door is locked so you have to make sure you're there BEFORE class starts so the instructor can sign you in and let you up. all equipment is provided, including mats. The lavender infused cold towel at the end of class was a really nice touch.

    Spinning

Honestly you need to try spinning with chuck - it was so awesome. He knew everyone in the class by name, including the two new people, and was very motivating. He was also funny, had great music, and would even fill up our water bottles for us while we were spinning.

Svetlana is a great instructor. The class is tough, but she is very encouraging and will work with you to get the exercises right. It's a great way to spend your lunch hour.
