Slow and methodical, David guides you thru a discovery and therapeutic awareness of body and breath. Its a different kind of challenge than your average vinyasa class. But then again, there is nothing average about your experience of this class.

Athena is an awesome instructor! This level 2 class was definitely challenging, but she did a great job of explaining proper technique when introducing new moves, and providing various levels of modifications. She was encouraging, but also really understanding of everyone’s skill level, and she kept everything light and fun. A solid flow class!

I have to give this class a 5-star review...BUT other reviews are correct in saying it's very advanced. (More so than other 1-2 level classes in other studios) So I found myself not knowing what to do at times. I will take a level 1 at this studio next time.

Gentle but invigorating class. Jaffer has one of the best "yoga voices" I've ever heard. Best for someone with some yoga background as there is very little demonstration, however, lots of modifications are offered and the class moves at a very manageable pace. The studio is beautiful. I left feeling great!

Today’s class with Richard was amazing. I feel super rejuvenated as we had a balanced upper body, back, and leg stretch.
