    PILATES - GET HOT

I love this instructor's teaching style. She took us through a challenging workout with lots of different dimensions. There was some cardio with dance-like moves and some jumping, but it wasn't overwhelmingly intense. Then we did upper body, lower body, abs and lots of stretching. Definitely an hour well spent!

Probably the best and most unique workout Ive ever had at Elle. Thanks Jackie! Can I give it 10 stars? Only thing is the studio needs to improve the facilities. The water fountain spout had so much grime/residue built up on it, its concerning. Thats unacceptable.

Justine was really sweet, had great energy and probably the best playlist by far! My only little feedback was I felt she hopped off her bike a little too much, and I usually find Adam (who she subbed for) goes through the workout with us to the very end and I like that more. This class was great! Victoria is a really engaging instructor - she casually hopped on an empty bike in the middle of the room today (nbd haha), which unobstructed the view of the mirror so it was really helpful to get back in sync/on beat as a group- especially when the energy starts getting low. Shes a very good pace setter and gives clear verbal cues (in case you cant see what shes doing), I think shed be especially great for anyone taking a class here for the first time.

This class is no joke! This class is tough but manageable and the real deal. Feels like you have a personal trainer in a small group setting! Pilates

This instructor was awesome— cool, friendly, goofy, and not afraid to push you! The class was insane, more more more reps with an intense burn of all the trouble spots, core, back, thighs. I workout all the time and I was dying. Will def be back! A great workout, and not a sweaty class, which is great for when you have a blowout to protect :D
