    Love Song Bops

I don’t normally love spin but 6ix is awesome. The instructors stay on the bike and sweat with you, and have such great energy. The track lists are awesome and the moves/variety during the class gives you an actual good workout. First spin studio I’ve started visiting regularly after trying a bunch in the city!

    SPIN

Love Rebecca! She’s has great energy, instruction and music. Although there was someone in class that was a little distracting since they were beating to their own drum and checking their mobile constantly. There’s rules for that

    Oh My Quad Ride 75

Killer class, glad they added it! Micheline does a good job of keeping the energy levels up though her counts are inconsistent and some pushes end up during song transitions which suck bc that’s when you need music the most. Just an FYI for newbies to Quad, this place is no frills compared to your Spinco, Spokehaus etc places. You get your own towels, you clean and reset your bike after. That being said it’s all about form and you’ll get a crazy work out, there’s no dancing on a bike or weights. Just don’t do that, you’ll look ridiculous! Best spin gym in the city!

    SPIN

If you wanna feel like a super hero running through Armageddon for to save your life amongst others, this class is for you. There’s no way you can defy Serena’s infectious spirit in pushing you through the insurmountable. And the soundtrack doesn’t hurt either. You can’t lose. LOVE the sweat, the push and the relief at the finish line all the same.

I always love Margot’s classes, she is my favourite spin instructor in Toronto. She plays great, upbeat music and her classes are an incredible and inclusive full body workout for all levels, from beginners to advanced riders. Thank you, Margot!

    M3 FUSION (QUEEN)

The workout ended 6 minutes early unfortunately. Also, the class was empty - I would suggest making classes with low attendance, lower credits, to increase attendance and encourage people to sign up. Thanks!

    Roll Out

After four consecutive days of hard workouts, Roll Out was a gift. It’s like a sports massage: it doesn’t always feel good while it’s happening, but the benefits after are essential. Instruction and pacing were on point, and the studio vibe is encouraging and fun. I’ll be back!

    Ultimate Ballet Barre

It was my first barre class. I found it pretty challenging if I’m being honest. But I would definitely recommend trying it out. It’s one of those classes where it’s challenging during the class but after you’ll be glad you built up the courage to do it.
