    Power Flow

With a 75 min class, you get an intense flow and some much dedicated time for stretching too. I usually attend hotter yoga practices at other studios, but really liked the extended time to focus on both aspects in this class. Will be back to this one.

    Power Vinyasa

Top notch instruction. Really enjoyed that the class was powerful without being fast. One awareness about the studio: they crank the heat up high so you will work up a sweat, but there are no showers so it's not great if you're headed to work...

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1

Sequence was great. So friendly, hands on, encouraging, and welcoming. Lots of variations. The best part was the amount of attention and adjustments she gives to everyone. She gave me a neck massage during half pigeon and a head massage during savasana and that small action really elevated the class experience.

Wow- I typically go for more strength based classes (and my right hamstrings and hips show it) but this was amazing. My hips feel great and I feel like I will be a stronger athlete if I continue to incorporate CJs Hatha classes into my repertoire.

    Vinyasa

I came in on the first day Ive felt better after a pretty severe cold. Carlie led such a beautiful, chest opening class - at the beginning my breathing was short and labored - at the end, I was exhaling long deep breaths. Her class was equally challenging and restorative. I love this studio, I love Carlies classes and Ill be back regularly. Such a gem.

Substitute teacher was great. Very relaxing after a long day. The studio itself had zero amenities. Not mats, blocks, towels, not even speakers for music or a bench to put your bag on. Teacher five stars Studio one star
