Amazing workout. Great mix of cardio and strength with attention to our ability level and covid hygiene protocols. Music was great but loud, similar to other studios that have a treadmill/floor model. Next time I’ll bring ear plugs :)

This was an great bootcamp class! I've struggled to find classes on this app that were physically challenging enough... this was it! I'll definitely be back. Easy format to follow, and basic moves... but I will 100% be sore for the next few days!

Incredibly tough full body cardio & weight bearing workout ????? that could be easily moderated to ones fitness level & goals. Upbeat, motivating & excellent, clear instruction. Moses even came up afterwards to give encouraging words.

    Y3 Shred ODESZA

Love these shred classes! Working out in an infrared room guarantees a major sweat sesh! Just a minor suggestion: if there’s time ahead of the class, maybe the studio can set up each assigned station with the items that will be used during the class (aside from weights which the students can grab themselves since those will vary by person) such as: the bands, balls and sliders if they are going to be used in that session.

Great format. Good use of time. Instructor kept everything moving really well. I like this gym - the clientele seem really fit and energetic, which is inspiring to be around. Ive shown up at quite a few boot camp classes that are filled with beginners (good for them), but its great to be surrounded by some #fitspo

    Reformer + Jumpboard

All the instructors Ive had at this studio have been great and Crystal is no different. Shes very technical and helps with form to make sure were doing everything correctly. The class is challenging and a great Pilates workout. You definitely need solid Reformer experience to get the most out of this class.

I am usually the weakest and least experienced in the group and the instructors always make sure I’m doing things right and adjust the weight for me. It’s not intimidating bc of how they treat you. Also, the workout is KILLER!!! If you want to feel the burn, take this class

Fun, pre-choreographed class set to 1990’s and 2000’s music. Great for people who love moving to music but who avoid difficult or fast dance moves like in Zumba class. Lots of jumping, jumping jacks, and squats. No equipment needed.

    Basic Training - CrossFit

Saturday's are team WODs, so pace is a little different than normal classes. Perhaps it is because I said I did crossfit for a few years, but there wasn't a lot instruction on the movements, so it might be intimidating for someone who is new to this type of workout.
