    Gene is great! I really liked this class. I wouldn’t say it’s a typical yoga class; there was more of a meditation focus while holding stretches for a longer period of time. All of the stretches felt great and were easily accessible, with solid modifications. She does this class mostly during the winter but I’d love if she could keep it going even once or twice a month during the summer!

    My first class with the studio and it was so beautiful and peaceful! The space truly feels luxurious and like a retreat. Kasey was an amazing instructor leading me through a flow of both vinyasa and yin poses with mobility being a focus. Loved the mobility aspect to it! Excited to come back!
