    Functional Interval Training - Endurance

Was in the area for a work meeting and decided to check this place out. Everyone was friendly, worked out at their own pace, and the instructor, Alicia knew my name and made me feel welcome. Great class and gym…wish there was one closer to South Seattle. Not many options for afternoon classes in general! Thanks, Alicia!

Savannah was fantastic!! She is so cheerful and fun to talk to, and her playlist was amazing! Great mix of throwbacks, from the 80s to the 00s, and new tunes like Cowboy Carter!!

    Dance Church @ NOD Theater

Tip for anybody new to Dance Church: classes at Nod Theater are in a darkened room, the vibe is clubby with dim mood lighting. Classes at Century Ballroom are brightly lit, sunny with huge windows and tall ceilings. Classes at OmCulture are in a funky yoga studio with colorful tapestries and disco balls. Choose your vibe :)

Delia was fantastic! Perfect pace and instruction. It’s hard to find in seattle an instructor that leads more gentle yoga sessions with longer holds/stretches.

The class was awesome! Very beginner friendly while also having space for more experienced people to continue building skill. There was a lot of stretching in between sets which I really appreciated! My body felt great after

The owners, attendees and instructors of this studio are so warm and friendly. My favorite studio to go to in Seattle to feel rejuvenated from the inside out! 🙌🏽 the instructors I’ve taken from have incredible energy that is infectious and makes the whole class smile.

I had a beginner dance class with Glenna. She is awesome! I was afraid the class would be challenging and couldn’t follow up. But her instruction was clear and very easy to follow. And she was also very encouraging. I really enjoyed myself in her class.
