see all reviewsGene is great! I really liked this class. I wouldn’t say it’s a typical yoga class; there was more of a meditation focus while holding stretches for a longer period of time. All of the stretches felt great and were easily accessible, with solid modifications. She does this class mostly during the winter but I’d love if she could keep it going even once or twice a month during the summer!
